Teresa Walden, a long-time Trump supporter, took to Facebook to share her growing frustration with the state of the economy and what she sees as unkept promises from Donald Trump. Her posts questioned both leadership and priorities.

In one direct message to the former president, she asked, “President Donald J. Trump where’s the money you said was coming to the citizens this month?” She ended by asking, “What happened to promises made, promises kept?”

She then explained that she had voted for Trump three times but did not expect to face the current financial strain. She described an economy where poor people cannot afford necessities and where food prices remain high.

Walden accused the government of giving “way more than a fortune to illegals” while struggling Americans received little help. “Food higher, gas high… eggs less than before him, they’re still too high,” she added in another exchange.

Randy Suttles, another Facebook user, said tariffs had made it impossible to get parts for his lawn mower. Walden linked his problem to larger frustrations with how the administration handled trade and spending.

Janolyn Wheeler also joined the discussion, telling Walden she was “finally seeing what’s going on.” Wheeler admitted voting for Trump three times but regretting the last, saying she ignored spiritual guidance. She described feeling “bamboozled” by politics.

Wheeler warned about a “New World Order” and told Walden to stay alert to political games she believed were designed to distract citizens. She compared politics to “kabuki theater” and said people needed to keep their eyes open.

Walden replied by asking Wheeler whether she had been led to vote for “any of them crooks,” showing distrust for political figures on both sides. Both agreed citizens were being pushed aside in favor of other interests.

These exchanges show a growing willingness among some Trump supporters to question his leadership openly. While they still oppose his political rivals, they also feel economic and social promises remain unfulfilled.
